This is The Moebius Clutch
Natasha managed to catch up with the designer at last weeks graduate show & find out all that is going on. Currently working on his final collection for his MA at The University of the Arts, London College of Fashion Volker Koch has turned out this outstanding sculptured clutch in reference to the Moebius strip

Here are a few words from the designer himself:
I am passionate about creating unique leather objects and also deeply care about our natural environment. This is my initial contribution to an upcoming range of holistically designed and manufactured artefacts.
As a tribute to the Moebius Strip this formed leather clutch makes reference to the circularity and wholeness of life; a never-ending cycle. The sculpted object functions as a purse when embraced by the hand, snugly tucked into concave forms and directed into place by the wrist strap. When away from the body the design stands alone as an intriguing artefact of pure craftsmanship and simple beauty.
Photographed by Alejandro Cavallo, the images have captured the unique quality of the Moebius clutch & after trying this bag on for size, we at The House of Scarlet are ecstatic to see the full final collection by the very talented Volker Koch
